The company boasts many process capabilities under one roof. Our customers appreciate this broad process availability, it provides rapid manufacturing of very complex components and also avoids the expense of managing multiple suppliers.

Processes/equipment:

  • 21 CNC mills (both vertical and horizontal, including 4-axis).
  • 8 CNC Lathes with ‘live’ tooling, including a Swiss precision, screw machine.
  • 8 Manual Mills and 4 Manual Lathes.
  • 3 wire EDM machines and 1 sinker EDM machine.
  • Inspection rooms equipped with CMM systems.
  • Assembly room, including ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Sheet metal equipment – CNC Amada punch/brake bend/etc.
  • Welding facility: TIG and MIG welding of Aluminium and Stainless Steel.
  • Precision grinding equipment: Surface, tool-making and honing.
  • Horizontal and vertical band sawing, cold sawing.
  • Component detailing: Bead/sand/micro blasting, polishing.
  • Tool room, including CNC pre-setter.

The company occupies 30,000 sq ft of manufacturing space, across two adjacent facilities in the Santa Clara (Silicon Valley) area.
